I am so sorry ! I was supposed to follow up on this but it totally fell through the cracks:).
I can confirm the room will be configured for a panel discussion with seats at the front. Please head to the Meetup location (to be shared with you in the coming weeks) about 10min before the meetup commences to ensure your speakers are supported with the correct microphones with the AV technician. You are welcome to use your own PC to share any slides.
This is community driven and we have to be concious here that we cannot mandate our community leaders to use this survey. This should be positioned as an optional add to help us continue ongoing support to the community.
