job에 관해서

by Olivia Ha 2018. 5. 11.

I'd still consider myself a junior, but I've got a reasonable portfolio of existing websites I built in my last job. Mostly small businesses, but some of them have some pretty decent cash flow going through their sites.

In terms of knowledge, these certs aren't walks-in-the-park, that's why they're valuable on a CV, but if they're in a field that you're already knowledgeable about, then just getting that already-present knowledge certified shouldn't be too difficult.

I do have some linux server skills, but I have enough MS certs on my CV that people take my word for it when I mention specific other-though-related skills like linux sysadmin.

I'm based in Amsterdam this week, The Hague the next. Currently taking in the sites like Van Gogh etc. Until I get the Dutch MVV approved anyway. So basically I'm not tied to any location so far.

Are there a considerable number of jobs in the Netherlands for Python/ruby? I've learnt a little Python before, it's a nice language. I could probably put a week or two into self learning other languages with some small projects, but it's always hard to say if that would pay off.

Jobrapido.nl is a good site that aggregates(모여있다) jobs.
